军天湖监狱立足“六尺巷”文化精髓，创新构建“四级联动、分层递进”的矛盾化解体系，让历史典故在大墙内焕发新生机。

“一纸书来只为墙，让他三尺又何妨？”
监狱特邀“桐城市人民法院三级高级法官吴问银来监狱，为全监民警讲授了一堂兼具理论深度与实践温度的法治课。
讲堂上，吴问银法官以流传三百年的六尺巷典故破题，将传统智慧与现代法治有机融合。针对罪犯计分考评、亲情关系修复等高频矛盾，课程设置“角色互换模拟调解”“典型案例复盘推演”等互动环节。用法治刻度丈量是非曲直，用共情温度消解对立情绪，用文化厚度唤醒向善之心。

“思想碰撞，经验分享”
聚焦新时代“枫桥经验”在大墙内的新实践，监狱举办2025年“矛盾化解”工作论坛，一线民警、监狱“老法师”、法律专家悉数登场。活动设置了选手案例分享、老法师经验交流、评委点评等环节。
论坛现场，来自监区一线的12名民警通过“TED演讲”形式，生动还原了各类典型矫治个案；监狱“老法师”分享了多年工作经验；法律专家从专业角度提供了法律支持。其中，既有矛盾纠纷化解特色工作方法，也有化解各类矛盾的具体措施。

监狱立足“礼让和谐、法理兼容”核心思想，借鉴传统“六尺巷”文化精髓，结合现代司法调解经验，精心打造了“六尺巷”调解工作室，搭建完成了监狱矛盾化解四级架构平台。
