6名青年干部围绕在春节返乡期间家乡的发展变化、传统文化、趣味逸事等内容，结合自身的所见所闻与深切感悟，展开了生动而深入的分享与交流。每位同志从家乡的新貌到年俗的传承、从童年的记忆到乡村振兴的展望，畅谈家乡的点滴变化与个人成长的心路历程。通过这次交流，他们不仅加深了对家乡的情感纽带，也进一步明确了作为青年干部的责任与使命，为今后的工作注入了新的动力与思考。
