清明时节，追思悠悠。为传承红色基因、凝聚奋进力量，周浦监狱团委组织“励挚”“周盾”两支青年突击队，近日赴上海南汇烈士陵园开展“缅怀英烈砺初心·青春建功勇担当”清明祭扫活动。
青年民警们通过沉浸式红色教育，赓续英烈精神，践行使命担当，为监狱事业高质量发展注入青春动能。

一、缅怀英魂，砥砺初心
青年突击队身着警服、佩戴党徽，在南汇烈士陵园庄严集结。祭扫仪式在国歌声中拉开序幕，全体民警肃立致敬，追忆革命岁月。青年代表敬献花篮，全体人员默哀三分钟并三鞠躬，表达对英烈的敬仰。最后，国际歌旋律回荡，激励青年民警永葆初心。

二、触摸历史，赓续血脉
祭扫仪式后，青年民警走进南汇革命史记陈列馆。通过抗战武器、烈士手稿、珍贵影像等展品，队员们深入了解南汇地区革命先辈的峥嵘岁月，深刻感受到“信仰的力量”，更加坚定了传承红色基因的决心。

三、激扬斗志，共话担当
青春建功座谈会
青年突击队代表召开“青春建功”主题座谈会，围绕如何将英烈精神转化为岗位实践展开讨论。大家结合工作实际，提出以严谨态度筑牢安全防线、以创新思维推动工作发展、以奉献精神服务社会等想法，最终达成共识：立足岗位创新创效，锻造新时代青年铁军。
